Job description

Are you an experienced NHS Analyst looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a Senior Information Analyst to join their team to play a vital role in driving strategic planning and decision-making. Adecco Public Sector's notable NHS client based in the North West of England are currently recruiting for a Senior Information Analyst for an initial 6 month contract.

The contract is OUTSIDE OF IR35 and can offer rates of £275 - £310 per day dependent on skills, experience and expertise and would be negotiable to a higher rate for the right candidate.

Contract Details

• Hybrid working (3 days per week on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.


• Deep-dives into specialty-level detail.


• Modelling to support capacity planning.


• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximise business potential.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.


• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and present findings to management team.

Requirements:

• Proven Senior Information Analyst with experience analysing NHS data sets.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends.


• Proficiency in data visualisation tools (such as Power BI) and advanced Excel functions.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

In order to be considered from a technical perspective, we do not require report automation and business intelligence development skills, but more an analytical mind who is competent with extracting data in SQL and Excel and translating the data into actionable recommendations.
