Senior Practitioner- Children Services – “Outstanding Ofsted” – £42 p/hr
NonStop is currently working with an “Outstanding Ofsted rated” Local authority in the South East who are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their CSWT (Children Social Work Team).
They are looking for positive and outgoing individuals to join their team. They have excellent training and developmental opportunities, improving your skills and creating more opportunities for yourself in the future.

Responsibilities:
* You’ll develop areas of specialist practice and bring your professional expertise to a range of cases including of complex cases.
* As a role model for good practice and champion for your area of expertise, you’ll set performance expectations, striking a balance between support and oversight. As well as coaching and mentoring less experienced staff, you’ll have the opportunity to act as a Practice Assessor for ASYE and student social workers
