UK date and time: 06-March-2024 11:46 Applicant Options New Search Login Job Details Help Terms of Use & Privacy Policy Job Details Programme Manager VGG Department of Engineering Science, Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3PJ We are seeking a full-time Programme Manager to join the Visual Geometry Group at the Department of Engineering Science (central Oxford). The role is full-time (although 30 hours a week would be considered) and is based in Central Oxford. The post is fixed-term for three years in the first instance. As a Programme Manager you will provide management support and guidance for a variety of projects under the direction of Professor Zisserman and Professor Vedaldi. You will need to understand research funding arrangements, advise on budgets and expenditure on research projects, support grant applications, help with onboarding of new staff/students and navigate governance issues such as data protection, export control and ethics. You will work with a variety of key stakeholders, external partners and other university staff. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent. You must have experience of administration or project management in a complex organisation. Proven financial aptitude with the ability to produce financial reports is essential, as are strong communication and relationship building skills. Hybrid working is available for this position.
