Job Title: Sales Admin
Location: Slough
Salary: up to £45,000
Type: Permanent, Start date ASAP
We're looking for a Sales Administrator to work alongside the Field sales manager to bring effective account support. The successful candidate will join our client providing operational excellence, a passion for administrative duties and be seen as an asset to improving the efficiencies of this team. Our client is globally recognised within the Avionics industry, with an exciting opportunity to become a part of their team!
Sales Administrator responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service at all times
- Quoting and pricing of repairs or sale of other goods and services
- Obtaining pricing information from the supplier base with supporting documentation and loading it into the ERP system
- Raise purchase orders and maintain the ERP system with status and expected delivery dates
- Raise repair orders
- Completing approved certificates, despatch and invoices
- Customer delivery forecasts, reports and general inquiries
- Maintain and improve turnaround time, quality and cost-effective processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work as part of the team in a professional manner, and convey a positive and constructive approach
- Support on customer visits with field sales manager if required
- Desire and ability to take on account management of Military customers
Requirements for the Sales Administrator:
- Working in an office environment
- Experience in managing UK MOD contracts
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aviation industry experience is desirable but not a requirement
- Purchasing experience is desirable but not a requirement
- Proficient use of Quantum database is desirable but not a requirement
