Customer Services Executive
Rotherham
Permanent position
The Company:
Marek Marine have many years’ experience in keeping marine vessels compliant.
We have been innovating and revolutionising the marine industry, pioneering sustainable solutions for ship safety, performance and crew welfare.
The Role:
Responsible for post-sale order processing through to shipment ensuring the customer receives their correct order, in full and on time, as well as assisting customers with other ad-hoc order related queries.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication skills a must- both written and verbal; able to adapt tone to mirror the customer.
Great attention to detail along with excellent and accurate data input and copy checking skills.
Able to assess and adhere to customer specific instructions.
Good with time management and priority planning.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, would be preferred.
*You will need to live within a commutable distance to Rotherham, as there is a requirement to be in office for the role.
