Job description

Our client is a private bank and wealth management company seeking to recruit a Senior Manager, Relationship Management – Trust.

Overall purpose of the role:

To be responsible for a team of relationship managers and administrators, as well as personal involvement with a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Managing, delegating and controlling the wider team's routine processing, including cash management, exercise of discretionary powers, maintenance of records, and investment portfolio reviews.
• Providing management information to senior team.
• Attending senior management meetings and contributing to the enhancement/development of internal practices and procedures.
• Managing, controlling and resolving a range of complex issues arising from the wider team's client

The successful candidate will have:

• A relevant professional qualification e.g. STEP, ICSA or ACCA.
• Strong knowledge and experience of offshore Trust and Company administration.
• A proven track record of client service excellence and business development.
• Experience of successfully leading and building a team, including coaching, motivating and developing others.
• Meeting financial targets including billing/cash collection.
• Good knowledge of Guernsey's regulatory environment.
