Job description
My client is looking for a Rail experienced Building site manager for 5 months work on the fit-out of a station facility in Banbury. SMSTS & first Aid required. All works are self delivered, bar M&E. You will be the No.1 on site in charge of NR paperwork, WPP's, task briefs & inductions and managing the site folder.You will need buidling / Fit-out experience on jobs up to the value of £1m. 9 hours a day - 8am-5pmPaid LTD outside IR35up to £350 a day Please send your CV now if interested We offer £200 for any referrals we place so please recommend your friends!
