We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join an extremely reputable, family-run SME. As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks, utilizing your diverse range of skills and knowledge.

Key Duties and Responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Operative:

• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Conduct general upkeep procedures
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
• Work to be carried out in accordance to instructions, drawings and information given
• Carry out all aspects of reactive and proactive building maintenance on site

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and skills in a trade areas, including but not limited to plumbing, glazers, plasterers, painters
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
