Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Near Bognor Regis
Salary: Up to £49,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join an esteemed team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at a well-established nursing home near Bognor Regis. Their facility is managed by a reputable provider known for delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with regulatory standards.
Provide effective leadership and support to the clinical team, ensuring a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.
Oversee and contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans.
Monitor and maintain compliance with NMC standards and policies.
Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements:
Registered with the NMC.
Proven experience in a similar clinical management role within a healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent understanding of regulatory and quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to continuous professional development.
