Digital Campaign Manager

This is a new and exciting role in a growth area of the business. Working closely with the Senior Digital Campaign Manager and wider Digital Marketing team, this role will have ownership in the creation and management of our digital media campaigns. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a deep understanding of developing digital media campaigns that has strong stakeholder management / communication skills. You will thrive off results and want to work in a fast-paced environment in this exciting opportunity.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Develop campaign effectiveness across a variety of digital marketing campaigns
- Working with our media agency to develop our store footfall media campaigns
- Collaboration with the brand, marketing and campaign teams on selecting the right campaigns for paid media activation
- Working with our international teams to tailor any global campaigns for execution in local markets
- Write briefs for digital campaign requirements and then work with the performance marketing team to execute these briefs
- Integration with the organic social and fashion comms teams to share briefs and asset management
- Working with the performance marketing team to create a continuous test & learn approach to our campaigns in order to maximise effectiveness
- Work with channel and agency partners to support digital marketing campaigns and activities (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Media partner)
What You’ll Bring

- 4+ year’s experience in digital campaigns (with 1+ years management experience)
- A solid understanding across performance marketing channels and how campaigns fit into their success
- Understanding of the latest fashion trends and how to market these to consumers
- Excellent verbal communication and copywriting skills and the ability to relay information to key stakeholders
- Hunger and drive to work in fashion retail
- Commercially focused and able to interpret results (via analytical tools such Google Analytics)
