Our client is a professionally managed and highly profitable law firm. Full-service, it is retained by an impressive portfolio of clients including corporate, commercial and private individuals (both UK and non-UK domiciled). Across all departments, including Family and Matrimonial, the teams rank highly in the various legal directories. The practice remains committed to private client services and you will find a collaborative approach with many referrals from the commercial teams as well as private client, tax and trusts.
As a result of strategic planning, a new opportunity has arisen at a senior level. This appointment requires an established lawyer, someone who is recognised as an expert in acting for wealthy clients and business owners. You will have skills in supervision and mentoring and ideally, a network of contacts and referrers.
Instructed by HNW clients, many of whom have businesses, family trust interests and overseas assets, the quality of work is excellent. As well as divorce and financial arrangements, the department offers expertise across all areas of family and matrimonial law including complex children matters (financial and removal from jurisdiction etc), pre-nuptials and wider family issues such as surrogacy.
