Job description
Join a leading entertainment venue as a Customer Service Administrator based in Islington North London.
THE JOB:
You'll act as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries by phone and email. This is a very varied role, including:
- Sending pre-show information to audience members
- Welcoming visitors
- Supporting the events team with customer booking information
- Managing lost property
- Record customer feedback
- Work with the marketing manager to update the website and social channels with the latest performances
- Monitoring CCTV to grant access to the building and act as a key-holder
- Hours are 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and with a 'can do' attitude.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £24,000 - £26,000, dependent on experience
- 20 days holiday + public holidays
- Pension
