Job description
Support their line manager in monitoring of 18 week Exercise independent judgement and initiative when problems arise, taking the necessary actions to resolve the problems or escalating potential issues/problems in relation to RTT weeks to Specialty Groups or your Management Share ideas for potential service Undertake appropriate training with new and existing staff ensuring standards of practice are always maintained.
