Job description

The Role

The role will have strategic and operational oversight and frontline supervision of a team of Admission Team Leaders. You will facilitate and implement a market-oriented approach to delivering student recruitment objectives, ensuring that the marketing and recruitment function works within the overall University framework. You will also be the overall manager responsible for enrolment.

Directorate/Function

The Students Directorate s attracts and supports an inclusive student body, ensuring students become sought-after graduates through career enhancement and a focus on wellbeing.

Recruitment and Admissions at Kingston University forms a large department within the Student Directorate encompassing recruitment and admissions across home, EU and overseas students.

It provides a strategic, operational and advisory service for the University on all aspects of recruitment and admissions. This includes course marketing, student recruitment, student admissions, website management and development, design & print, copywriting, editing as well as international development, visa and immigration advice, events and graduation services. Together we are committed to widening access and improving customer service across the entire applicant journey.

This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £48,251 per annum.

Interviews are expected to be held on 5th and 9th April 2024.
