Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload including claimant and respondent matters
- Manage TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, disciplinary, grievance, and discrimination issues
Requirements:
- Prior experience in handling own caseloads is advantageous
- Interest in or experience with business development
- Ability to nurture existing client relationships and build new ones
