Job description

A fast growing accountancy practice in Sussex are looking to hire a Systems Administrator to join them in their success andvery beautiful Hove office.

The role:

• Supporting the Partners and Senior team with admin for selected client portfolios
• Database management
• Set up new clients, and process admin for clients leaving
• Manage client records - such as contact details, filing deadlines, invoices and payments
• One off data cleaning jobs
• Client onboarding
• Running various reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Managing various supplier relationships
• Assisting in desk set ups for new starters
• Mailshots
• Employee onboarding/outboarding with IT and systems

The successful applicant:

• You will embrace technology and advances in tech, welcoming new systems when relevant. This is a tech focused firm so an emphasis here is important
• Professional and friendly manner
• Strong customer care skills
• Positive 'can-do' attitude
• Proficient with Office 365
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise work and work through a task listcalmly when under pressure

• Previous relevant experience in a busy professional organisation is essential, with experience of working in an accountancy practice preferred.
