Job description

Busy family of 5 living in Fletching, East Sussex, with 3 active boys aged 1, 4 and 6, are looking for a wonderful Nanny/Housekeeper with lots of energy to keep up with them! The ideal candidate would be fun, loving, proactive and has the ability to hit the ground running.
The family are moving house to Fletching in August, so would love someone to start around mid August ideally and help them get settled in. The two eldest will be at school full-time, which is a 2-minute walk from the house and the youngest will be at nursery 3 mornings per week. Depending on where the nursery is, the nanny may need to drive him there. If the nanny stays long term, then the boys will move to a school which is a 10-minute drive away, so the nanny would also be doing the school run sometimes.
Mum works 3 days a week and they have always had nannies for 4 days per week in the past, which has worked really well. Dad commutes in to work 3 days per week.

Duties to include:
- The Nanny does not need to help with getting the kids up and doing breakfast, but would need to do school runs either morning or afternoon, perhaps alternating.
- Changing kids sheets and doing laundry
- Tidying up playroom and being generally super organised.
- Ability to be proactive and hit the ground running.
- Nanny doesn’t need to be a tutor but it would be great if they can push and help with reading.
- Doing some educational activities with the boys in general would be great, as they try not to let them have TV access during the week if possible.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, approx 8am - 6pm but flexible.
Salary circa £30k depending on living situation.
Accommodation: If the Nanny wanted to live-in then potentially there is a lovely 2-bed annexe next door to their house, which they would be happy to provide for the right candidate.
