As part of the HR team, you will report to the HR Manager and support with general HR administration as well as taking responsibility for monitoring training and coordinating student work experience placements. You will support managers with the recruitment of staff and volunteers and lead the development of an effective volunteering programme across the Charity.

The role requires high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (verbally and in writing) and the ability to work under pressure, to meet tight deadlines and to manage competing demands.

Hours: 37.5 per week worked Monday – Friday.

Salary: Between £23,205 – £24,442.27 per annum depending on experience
