As the export and logistics manager, you will spearhead the coordination of all UK and EU outbound logistics, collaborating with 3PL and transport providers, internal teams, and customers. You will be responsible for managing customer order processing, overseeing the export process for current and future customers, and ensuring 100% On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) targets. Your role will also involve managing the 3PL warehouse function, developing stock control processes, conducting regular logistics process reviews, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the migration to a new ERP system.
An attractive base salary, with a bonus of up to 10%, a 4% company pension contribution, and 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays).
