About The Role

Are you the first-person people go to with their computer issues and IT queries? 

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Supportindividual to deal with 1st & 2nd line support queries as well as hardware & software upgrades and installations, the setup of new users with accounts and equipment, assisting in projects and keeping all asset information and records up to date.

Job duties and responsibilities: 

• Support (1st & 2nd Line) – including helpdesk ticket management
• Day to day Windows OS, iOS and Android support
• Software installation, support & troubleshooting
• Technology installation and support
• Handheld Scanners
• Touchscreens / tablets
• Desktops/Laptops/Peripherals
• Mobile phones/Landlines
• Printers
• Meeting room equipment
• User account setup and maintenance

About You

Knowledge / experience of:

• Windows desktop OS.
• Apple iOS and Android OS.
• Windows Office Apps.
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
• Must be pro-active rather than reactive.
• Good planning and organisational skills.

Educated to A-level or equivalent in IT, or comparable experience.

Full driving licence is essential.

Working hours are Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1hr lunch) you will be required to participate in the Out of Hours IT Support rota (once trained).
