This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a flair for social media and content creation to make a significant impact in a fast-paced commercial environment.Key Responsibilities:* Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.* Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, including images, videos, and written copy, to drive brand awareness and engagement.* Monitor and manage our social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.* Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.* Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth in the digital space.* Support the creation of content for marketing materials, including blog posts, email newsletters, website content, and advertising copy.* Assist in the coordination of photo and video shoots, coordinating schedules, and liaising with partners.* Analyse social media metrics and performance data to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.Qualifications and Skills:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.* Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation is preferred.* Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.* Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools.* Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics.* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques is a plus.* Passion for staying ahead of social media trends and emerging technologies.If you are a creative and motivated individual with a passion for social media and content creation, we want to hear from you!
