Job Description
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share
- Managing the marketing department and overseeing its day-to-day operations
- Coordinating with sales and other departments to align strategies and achieve business objectives
- Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
- Leading the planning and execution of promotional campaigns
- Setting and tracking key performance metrics for marketing initiatives
- Managing relationships with agencies and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Marketing should have:
- A degree in marketing, business or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry or the ability to step up into this position
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Happy to travel in to their Bromsgrove offices two days a week
