Job description

Full of project work, change management and a chance to put your stamp on significant pieces of work, this role has it all.

This is a pivotal role in overseeing payroll operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and accurate services for over 30k employees across 5 jurisdictions including support offices, manufacturing and distribution sites and the store population. The UK Payroll Manager will lead the UK Team to ensure all colleagues are paid accurately and on time. This individual will lead and develop the core payroll team within Nottingham, working closely with the existing Payroll Section Manager in Guernsey to drive growth and excellence in our payroll services and together ensure that payroll services meet all filing and settlement of liabilities for all jurisdictions are met.

Having solid experience in large retail payroll teams with expert knowledge of PAYE legislation and leading teams will be ideal for getting this job.

CIPP is an essential qualification for anyone applying.
