We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join us on a Full Time Hybrid basis.

The Primary Outcomes of the Quantity Surveyor:

• Maximise project gross margin and ensure positive project cash flow

The Key responsibilities for the Quantity Surveyor:

• Reporting, forecasting and risk management
• Develop subcontract and client relationships
• Subcontract commercial control
• Supply chain commercial improvement with suppliers and contractors

The Experience required of the Quantity Surveyor:

• Design & Build experience
