Are you an NQ seeking to build on your experience in a commercial environment which enjoys an open and collaborative culture?
Market rate salary + Benefits Cambridge - with hybrid working.
Client An established and growing business who aim to offer career opportunities that are second to none.
Role - Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements and confidentiality agreements, with support from senior colleagues
- Tracking and monitoring the progress of contracts
- Liaising with internal project managers, information security and finance teams, providing guidance on the contracting process and other legal queries
- Assisting with matters relating to data protection and employment
- Supporting senior colleagues within the legal team by monitoring compliance with contractual obligations and developing appropriate processes
- Overseeing legal projects and timelines, as well as coordinating individuals involved. This includes providing regular feedback and updates to the person with ultimate responsibility
- Supporting with administration arising from business development activities
- Conducting legal research across a range of topics and jurisdictions
- In time and with increased experience, communicating directly with our supplier’s and client’s procurement teams, promoting our services and negotiating beneficial terms on behalf of the business
