A permanent, full time Digital Marketing Executive role working in a fascinating and growing Marketing industry, based in Bolton and paying up to £30,000 per annum plus bonuses.

Description
Role and Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Executive:
- Build and execution of social media campaigns to drive prospect engagement and conversion
- To build a structured social media strategy to drive lead generation through our field-based consultants to enable them to engage with local communities
- Build an ongoing content calendar to push lead-gen led social posts
- Write engaging content for customers that aims to nurture them through a buying process
- Increase our Social Media footprint, growing engaged audiences across existing and new channels
- Monitor and police individual Honey Legal Facebook pages and general social activity
- Seek out new online opportunities to further grow lead generation
- Managing and growing strategic partnerships
- Use analytics and analysis tools to report on campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns
Profile
Qualifications and Skill Requirements for a Digital Marketing Executive:
- Proven experience in devising and creating lead generation campaigns across social media and other online channels
- Experience working for a business that has grown significantly through cost-effective lead generation (digital/social/content ideally)
- Improving performance through strong content skills utilising the art of influence in our messaging
- Competent in creating images/videos for use on social
- End-user orientated thinker, who uses insight to determine the right approach
- A marketing/comms planner as well as executer
- Excellent analytic and numerical skills, with a high attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools, identifying key metrics and using these to inform future campaign strategy
- Adept at setting up tracking for activity
- Experienced in segmentation/targeting
- Strong project management skills
- Sound management of budgets and how to maximise return
- Ability to work on their own and drive projects through to completion
- Must be very hands on with a highly proactive and positive ‘can do’ attitude
- You will ideally hold a degree in Marketing
