Customer Relationship Manager 

Full time, Permanent 

Luton - On-site working 

£33,000 - £37,000 per annum 

Tide Partnership has entered into a collaborative venture with an elderly care provider, jointly undertaking the commissioning of a new residential home in the Luton area. This presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in initiating and building occupancy, and who is also seeking an engaging project for the upcoming years. As part of this collaboration with the Elderly Care Provider, you will be involved in marketing initiatives and community engagement, playing a pivotal role in introducing and promoting the newly constructed home.

Job Responsibilities  

• Promote the provider's brand to potential residents, their families, and community members.
• Act as the representative of the provider within the residence, introducing the home to families considering transitioning a loved one into residential care.
• Inspire and bolster the entire staff of the home in their efforts to deliver exceptional care and uphold the positive image of the residence.
• Achieve and sustain high occupancy rates, exceeding established targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee, cultivate, and spearhead local marketing initiatives for the care home.

Job Criteria

• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Effective networking skills with a proven history of cultivating fruitful relationships.
• A dedication to person-led services and a grasp of co-production principles.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. 
• Proficiency in utilising sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
