The role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. In this role you will play an integral part in the logistics and supply chain for Babcock DSG .

Day to day, you'll action supplier deliveries within goods- inward department & transaction through inbound receipting process. Further responsibilities include:

• MHE operation to assist & support warehouse tasks where required
• Complete regular housekeeping as part of warehouse operative role
• Maintenance of stock integrity through product compliance including checking of CofC, shelf life to ensure through-process control
• Action outbound picking activity in response to Babcock customer demands, ensuring accuracy, correct condition, and sufficient packaging for onward distribution

This role is 37 hours per week, working 8am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3:30pm on Fridays

Essential experience of the Warehouse Operative:

• MHE licence
• Basic level of IT skills - IT Literate (Microsoft excel)
• Knowledge of warehousing and MRP systems
• Knowledge of warehouse (SAP) system is desirable

Qualifications for the Warehouse Operative:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
