Bennett and Game are looking for a Structural Engineer for our client based in Oakington, a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy, are currently seeking a Structural Engineer to join one of their offices based in Cambridgeshire due to continued growth. Our client offers services including architecture, building surveying, building services engineering, planning, interior design, sustainability, civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying, project management, CDM and health and safety services.

The Intermediate Structural Engineer will be required to work with the team leader to endeavour to maintain a fee income for the structural engineering team in Cambridge to an agreed monthly target. To assist in the promotion of the Practice's structural engineering services and to design practical structural design solutions and to interpret with architectural concepts in a practical and economic manner.

Intermediate Structural Engineer Position Requirements

• Degree/master's in Engineering.
• Engages in career development and Continuous Professional Development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence individuals at all levels.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building construction, Building Regulations, and allied legislation.
• Experience of projects with a contract value range of £10k -£5m.
• Experience of projects in the Education, Healthcare, and Local Authority sectors.
