Job description

Are you someone who has a passion for sales? Contract Scotland has an exciting new requirement for a New Home sales advisor to join our client's team in Ayrshire. This is an urgent requirement with a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Daily duties include:

• Conducting property tours for potential buyers and showcasing the unique features of each home.
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Providing information about the property market, financing options, and the home buying process.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Participating in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.

The ideal candidate must have good Customer Care experience and be comfortable working within a sales environment. You will be required to work a Thursday - Monday shift pattern so must be happy to work weekends.
