Our client is an established financial services company based in the United Kingdom. Since 2002, the company offers a range of services, including financial planning, wealth management, and employee benefits solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring exceptional client service, and actively seeking opportunities for additional upsell business and referrals. You will play a key role in acquiring new project work for clients. Your focus will be on cultivating effective commercial relationships once the initial project work is successfully concluded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous support and consultancy across all company’s propositions and services, including multinational clients.
- Manage the renewal process of all lines of business with support from a dedicated administrator.
- Identify new sources of income through cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional client service consistently.
- Identify and prospect new client relationships, leading to the achievement of your personal new business development objectives and targets.
- Collaborate closely with global network partners and internal divisions to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Work alongside colleagues in other divisions to maintain and nurture a collaborative culture, ensuring the regular discussion and implementation of best practices and development ideas across all business units, including Credit, Insurance, Risk Management, and Employee Benefits.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an EB consultant.
- Professional qualifications (or working towards) in relevant employee specialisms.
- A solid working knowledge of all facets of employee benefits, preferably with expertise in Group Risk, Pension and Healthcare.
- Committed to an ongoing program of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
