Estimator - Warrington A great opportunity for a Estimator to join a well established and growing company to help drive, motivate, inspire, and where you can develop your skills and be part of an industry-leading organisation.
The Estimator role requires you to build and grow relationships for future opportunities and to assist with tenders and ensure they are technically detailed and support project handovers and delivery.
Estimator Requirements: - Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organisational levels
- Experience of the tendering process, and being able to prepare and present detailed tender cost build ups
- Ability to ensure timescales are maintained throughout the process
- Build strong relationships with clients and other professionals
- Ability to identify and assess patterns of resistance and effective problem-solving skills
- A good understanding of Civils or Utilities
Estimator Qualifications : Essential (at appointment): - 2+ Years experience tendering
- Strong First Principles experience
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Current full UK driving license
Desirable: - Background in the Gas Sector
