Job description
Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced cleaning Supervisor for a job-based in Truro for work within a Government Building.
We are looking for someone who already has Manager experience.
About The Job
Schedule:
Duties:
- Take responsibility for developing and maintaining the procedures, systems and resources necessary for delivering cleaning on site.
- Manage the teams to ensure the contracted services are delivered to the agreed contract specification and standards.
- Ensure a timely response to any service shortfalls identified.
- Ensuring all staff are in on time.
General cleaning of a government building, including:
- Offices.
- Public areas.
- Toilets.
- and other areas on the site as/when needed.
Pay:
About You:
- Minimum of 5 year experience cleaning.
- Speak & understand fluent English.
- Experienced with COSHH.
