Job description
We are currently in search of a rotational nanny to cater to a VIP family currently based in Notting Hill. The family are relocating to Milan, Italy in April 2024. The child is 8 months old
Mayfair Nannies has placed the current British nanny on the opposite rotation.
The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in a rotational role, specifically with infants and toddlers. The chosen candidate will adopt a relaxed, child-led approach and collaborate closely with the parents while upholding professional boundaries. Proficiency in holistic child development, encompassing weaning, and activity planning in a home environment. Experience in a fully staffed household is a must and ability to blend in when not required highly sought after.
This is a long-term role, not a short maternity assignment.
Nannies will work on a 14-day rotation (24 hours with breaks), and experience with new mothers is preferred. The role involves no laundry duties, as the household is fully staffed. Including security, chef, drivers and housekeeping staff.
The living arrangements include a private bedroom and bathroom while on duty, with meals provided. The current rotational nannies, speak very highly of the position.
The annual gross salary offered is £80,000. Previous experience with VIP or UHNW families is essential.
