Groundworker
Job Type: Permanent

Location: Twickenham
Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour

A Groundworker is required for a contractor that specialises in delivering planned and responsive maintenance together with refurbishment and the conversion of buildings.

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of groundworks including fencing, bricklaying, communal paving, flagging, and drainage within a social housing setting.
• Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• City & Guilds in General Construction Ops OR Groundworker Apprenticeship,
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP

Benefits:

• A company van and fuel card (work use only)
• 08:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
