Job description

You will be working with a company that cares about the welfare of both employees and Service Users.
We have an incredible team who support our Service Users who live in their own homes and in Supported Living Service.
You will be supporting our Service Users who have diagnosis of one of the following; Autism, Learning Disability, Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy.
Duties/Responsibilities
-Support Personal Care
-Support with Medication
-Support to appointment
-Support clean house
-Support to cook meals
-Support community activities (swimming, Pubs, Live music, Spa, etc)
-Adhere to policies and procedures
-Any reasonable task assigned by Management
Qualification/Experience
-6 Months Health and Social Care experience desirable, however full training will be given.
-Care Certificate is desirable, we offer the training if you're successful.
-GCSE or ability to speak and write English.
-Ability to drive is desirable (this is to ensure you can commute effectively to support our Service Users).
Salary/Benefits
You will be paid a basic salary of £23,000
Working hours is 40 per week. Working 5 out of 7 days on shift patterns. You will work every other weekend.
You will receive pension contributions.
We offer £100 bonus after you pass your probation (6 months probation period).
Refer a friend scheme (we give you £200 for every friend you refer to us. We pay you the money after they have successfully completed their probation).
Holiday
You will receive 28 days paid holiday per calendar year.
There will be opportunity to work over time.
You will be given opportunity to develop as an individual.
Interview
We like to face a face to face interview with all candidates, however, we understand this may not be possible. We may be able to conduct interview via Zoom or Teams.
Interviews will be conducted once suitable candidates have been shortlisted.

You need UK Right to Work (Working visa)
