Engineering Manager
Salary:Up to 65K
Location:Newcastle Upon Tyne
Rota: Monday to Friday
My client, a largeindustrial chemical distrubutioncompany, is looking for a qualified and experienced Engineering Manager to join their team.
The Engineering Manager will lead the engineering departmnets and oversee the day to day operations of the depot
The main responsibilities of the Engineering Manager will include;
- Lead and guide the engineering staff through all stages of a project
- Manage the risk of plant/equipment failure with proactive and effective engineering policies
- Communicate with the operations and production teams
- Motivate and challenge coleagues to help develop their skillsets.

The successfulEngineering Manager will have; - Experienced within a similar role
- Degree or qualification within Chemical/Mechanicalor Process safety
- Strong experience in leadership positions
