This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join a leading housebuilders organisation where you will join the Essex branch as an Assistant Conveyancer and work alongside an expert team of new build conveyancers. Although you will not have your own caseload initially, you will work very closely with the conveyancers to assist with their workload and there is the opportunity to progress onto handling some of your own files over time.

This role will see you handling a range of new build plot sales work to include, but will not be limited to:

• Preparing Engrossments
• Stamp Duty Land Tax
• Land Registry registrations
• Point of contact for regional operating companies
• Exchange and completion letters
• Responsible for post completion retention release
• Other ad hoc conveyancing matters when required

This is a fast-paced environment and the team work very collaboratively together, this is a rewarding role and you will be recognised for your contribution to the firm. Previous experience working within a residential property team is essential for this role, and it would be ideal if you had experience with new build or plot sales but this is not mandatory.
