We help people in our community live independently in their own homes for longer, providing them with companionship, home help and personal care. Some of our Care professional had never thought of working in Care before but have now found it to be very rewarding work assisting our clients.
Growing older can be very stressful for some people, so can you imagine taking someone out of their home too? Our home care avoids this, and our Care profesional allow older people to live long and happy lives, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence. Home Instead are looking to add to our team due to continued growth. We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable people to deliver care to our clients, it is an exciting role that requires a team player to work with key parts of the business to ensure our clients get an fantastic service. This is a 37.5 hour a week contract to work in Elmbridge and East Spelthorne with variable start and finish time between Monday and Sunday, with overtime available.
WE do require the applicant to drive and have their own car for this role.
