We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to work alongside the Business Support Team to support the smooth running of DofE’s operations across England, working to provide a high-quality administrative service to all stakeholders.

You will provide administrative support for all responsibilities relating to the team’s activities, specifically regarding our Licenced Organisations in England.

Ensure all support and processes relating to Licenced Organisations are carried out to a high quality.

Respond effectively to general queries and requests for advice and support from all stakeholders on aspects of DofE delivery and processes relating to your team’s activities.

Keep up to date with changes relating to the DofE programme and eDofE to ensure advice provided is current.
