Part Time Accounts Clerk
North London
£18,000-£20,000 per annum
A great opportunity has arisen with our client who is an established & successful company in the luxury retail sector, based in North London who are recruiting for an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a part time basis. This position is 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm working from the offices.
The successful candidate will have a minimum year’s plus experience supporting an accounts department, with basic accounts knowledge. Tasks will include:
– Banking cash and cheques from daily trading
– Posting money received from account customers
– Allocation of money received from account customers
– Posting receipts, allocating and reconciling E-commerce account
– Liaising with customers and dealing with client queries
– Assisting with credit control
Skills and attributes:
– Experience in banking of daily takings
– Knowledge of credit control
– Previous accounts experience
– Good IT skills, knowledge of Excel essential
