Technicians
The Mon Motors Group is a family run company that was established in 1971. Today we are one of the largest automotive dealer groups in South Wales and the West of England. The group has main dealerships in Audi, Ford, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen and Volvo, along with a large used-car operation and a number of multi-brand service centres and body shops and trade parts division.
The company are looking for experienced technicians to join their teams working at their Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda, Volvo and Ford dealerships
- You will be part of a team achieving total customer satisfaction
- You will accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and service of motor vehicles
- You will be able to detect and diagnose any additional work required
- You will carry out work in a safe manner, complying with retailer and manufacturer industry guidelines.
- You will complete relevant service documentation (job sheets, PDI's, Service reports) in line with warranty and dealership requirements.
- You will ensure that workshop housekeeping standards are maintained at all times including the use of special and personal tools.
- Work with other workshop and dealership colleagues to provide excellent customer service, share best practice when appropriate.
In order to be successful for this position, you will:
- Have NVQ level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent.
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- MOT trained would be desirable but not essential.
- Be organised and have a good attention to detail
- Be able to work as part of a team in a busy environment
- Be efficient and competent at fault finding
You must have a full, clean driving licence.
