Job description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WHAT YOULL DO Provide specialist Robotic Surgical First Assistance to different specialties. Provide surgical first assistance to non-robotic surgeries when deemed necessary. To support and provide training to Surgeons and scrub team to be competent and safe practitioners for Robotic surgery. To contribute in the quality agenda for the service with the use of audit tools. To work collaboratively with the rest of the theatre team. Will need to work across UHS Sites including Princess Anne Hospital and Lymington and New Forest Hospital when the need arises. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Successful completion of Surgical First Assistant Part 1 and Part 2 and evidence required as part of the employment checks Scrub practitioner experience in multiple specialties Self-motivated and flexible Physically and mentally resilient Good written and verbal communication Occasional weekend and evening working
