Construction Project Manager, Plymouth
Salary: GBP65k–GBP70k plus car allowance and attractive benefits
Role: Project Manager required for a tier one main contractor to deliver a new GBP15m commercial refurbishment scheme in Plymouth. Overseeing the project from pre–construction through to handover.
Core Project Manager duties within the role will include - No.1 on similar size schemes, if not larger.
- Leading and resourcing site based teams through strong leadership
- Meeting Health & Safety regulations
- Holding regular team meetings across all supply chain partners
- Maintaining financial performance of each project with overall responsibility for all site based work
- You will also work closely with the senior management team providing input into the P&L and liaising where necessary with the commercial team.
What do you need? - Degree / HNC – Construction Related Discipline
- Substantial experience as a No.1 on a similar sized project
- Commercially astute
