Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Data input duties using College / Northern Skills Group Information systems
- To undertake general filing and uploading of electronic and paper correspondence
Directorate / Department:
- To assist staff in preparation of learning materials (where appropriate)
- To keep Directorate / Departmental notice boards up to date
- To assist with enrolment
- To support staff in receiving visitors to the Directorate / Department
- To actively show a commitment to the Directorate / Departmental Strategic Objectives
- To show an active commitment to the College's Equality and Diversity Policy, Quality
- Frameworks and Health & Safety Procedures:
- To actively participate in Continuous Professional Development, including the introduction of new technologies to allow you to contribute effectively to the success of the College
- To carry out such other appropriate duties commensurate with your skills, knowledge and experience
- The College may, in consultation with you, need to vary these duties from time to time in order to respond to the changing requirements of the College

- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
- Day release at Middlesbrough College/Training Centre
- On and off the job training

- Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available
