HR Systems Administrator
- Permanent
- Up to £32,000
- Office Location: Central London
- Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office
Oakleaf is currently partnering with an international Law firm is search of an HRIS Administrator to be responsible for the maintenance and support for the HRIS system. Managing employee data, generating reports, and providing technical support to HR staff and employees. The role will also offer the opportunity to get involved in wider HR matters, such as supporting in Reward and remuneration activities.
The HR Systems Administrator role:
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS.
- Generate reports and analyst HR data to support decision making.
- Provide technical system support.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data, in line with GDPR.
- Stay up to date with HRIS best practice and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with configuration and testing of the system.
- Provide data for compensation and salary surveys.
- Assist with ad hoc projects.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of managing and maintaining HR systems and data.
- HR data and reporting experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced excel skills (Report building, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables)
- A team player who is comfortable with asking questions and seeking information.
