Residential Property Lawyer
West Cornwall
Very established Cornwall based law firm has instructed Chadwick Nott in their search for a residential property lawyer to join their busy residential property team. The successful residential property lawyer will be joining their office in West Cornwall.
You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing your own residential property caseload. You must be able to undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing including both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new builds, right to buys and transfers of equity.
It is important that you are a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer, if you have a number of years' experience managing your own caseload, please still apply. You will be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
