Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join them due to continued growth, on a hybrid basis from their Bracknell office. The Health & Safety Advisor will be working on a range of projects ranging from newbuild housing through to infrastructure projects based across the UK. The H&S Advisor will provide CDM support and advice to multi-disciplinary design teams and Clients during the design and construction stages of a wide range of projects to ensure their compliance with their statutory duties under CDM Regulations 2015. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with options to progress and achieve further qualifications.

Health & Safety Advisor Position Remuneration

• Salary: £30k - £45k DOE (inclusive of car allowance)
• Car Allowance
• Holiday: 25 days plus BH

Health & Safety Advisor Position Overview

• Informing the client of their duties under the regulations.
• Planning, managing and monitoring health and safety in the pre-construction phase, including; identifing, eliminating or controlling foreseeable risks; and ensuring designers carry out their duties.
• Helping compile pre-construction information and providing it to designers and contractors.
• Preparing the health and safety file and then reviewing, updating and revising it as the project progresses.
• Liaising with the principal contractor to help in the planning, managing, monitoring and co-ordination of the construction phase.

Health & Safety Advisor Position Requirements

• Prior experience working as a H&S / CDM Advisor
• Must have a strong knowledge of CDM regs.
• Based within commuting distance of Bracknell
• Full driving licence
• Prior experience within the construction industry
