Job description

We are recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client who produce a range of products serving the agri sector across Ireland

Core working hours Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm however a two shift pattern of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm may be in place during busy periods typically in Spring months February to May.

Salary negotiable in the £35-40k range which is competitive for day shift. Also potential of further bonus based on production performance.

The Role

• Electrical maintenance, repairs and fault finding on production equipment
• Diagnose problems and trouble shoot equipment issues to resolve effectively
• Respond to breakdowns quickly
• Replace and install electrical systems on machinery
• Work with production team effectively to minimise downtime
• Work in a safe manner in line company policy and H&S

What we are looking for

• Qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer
• Electrical experience across industrial, production or manufacturing settings
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems
• Experience working with automated equipment, PLC's, controls, motors, single and three phase systems
