Job description

· Maintaining Accounts using Sage Accounts Software

· Maintaining Sales Ledger

· Reconciliation of Bank Account.

· Updating of Purchase Ledger

· Chasing Statements

· Submit monthly VAT update to HMRC utilising reverse VAT system

· Maintaining up to date monthly PAYE payments and records with HMRC

· Maintaining up to date records and payments to Company Pension Scheme

· Preparation of Year End reports for Auditors

· Dealing with general accounts queries from customers and suppliers.

· Keeping all Customer and Supplier information up to date and current

· Reviewing Customer Credit Applications

· Administrative duties including filing and data inputting
